In my pasta workshop you will learn the secrets of fresh pasta: from preparing different types of dough, using flours, working properly with a pasta machine, filling and folding techniques that are easy to recreate at home, and of course my recipes for sauces that will upgrade any of your pasta to several levels.

At the end of the shared preparation, you will enjoy a luxurious Italian meal with the following dishes:

🧀 Cheese tortellini in tomato sauce

🥟 Sweet potato annoli with Alfredo sauce

☘️ Fettuccine with pistachio pesto
