For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been the place where I feel at home.
But more than anything, it was a laboratory for me of creativity, precision, and a lot of love for food. My path to pasta began with endless curiosity –
How does the dough react to touch?
How does a small change in flour or water change the entire texture?
How can we control technology instead of letting it control us?
Over the years, I turned this passion into a profession.
After graduating from the Danon Culinary School and beginning my journey as a chef, I set myself a goal: not just to cook – but to teach people to understand their food.
I created " The Flagship Dish ," a network show in which I visited the best restaurants in Israel and taught viewers how to prepare their signature dishes in their home kitchen. With food comes appetite, and since then I have been producing culinary content on social media - feel free to follow.
Because when you truly understand food, the kitchen becomes an arena of creative freedom.
Married to Moran and father of two, he combines a love for family with a love for the kitchen.
For me, the kitchen is a place of connections – between flavors, between cultures, and between people.
