Want to celebrate Shavuot properly? Join a festive fresh pasta workshop, where we'll learn all the secrets: from preparing different types of dough with special flours, through the correct use of a pasta machine, folding and filling techniques that can be recreated at home – to surprising sauces that will turn any pasta into a masterpiece.

After preparation, a particularly indulgent Italian meal awaits you, with the following dishes:

🧀 Cheese tortellini in tomato sauce

🥟 Sweet potato annoli with Alfredo sauce

☘️ Fettuccine with pistachio pesto

🍝 Rich and caressing pasta rosé

And of course – free-flowing wine, handmade focaccia and dips throughout the workshop 🍷
